Maintenance plan
Two scheduled visits a year to clean, measure and check your system, done by the licensed contractor who would otherwise be fixing the breakdown. Call for plan pricing.
Why Florida needs it
Florida air conditioners run most of the year and pull gallons of water out of humid air. That water feeds algae in the drain line, and the long run season wears on capacitors, contactors and motors.
Outdoor coils collect dirt, pollen and yard debris, and homes near the coast deal with salt air on top of that. Dirty coils and weak parts make the system work harder until something gives.
A visit in spring and another in fall catches most of this while it is still a small fix.
What a visit covers
You see the readings from each visit. Comparing them over time shows how your system is holding up.

Coils, drain, electrical, refrigerant readings, filter and static pressure. Anything that needs repair gets a written quote first.
About six months later, the same checks again, so problems don’t build up between seasons.
