The diagnostic fee — $129
$129 residential, $149 commercial, quoted before anyone is dispatched. It covers the trip and the time to identify the failure properly — not a two-minute glance. Waived entirely on a recommended repair over $250.
The flat-rate repair price
Delivered after the diagnosis, in writing, with the failed component named. It does not change because the job took longer than expected. You approve it or you do not, and either answer is fine.
The replacement quote
Only if a replacement is genuinely the better call. Includes model numbers, tonnage, SEER2, and exactly what is and is not covered — built so you can hold it next to a competitor's quote and compare like for like.

Eight Northeast Florida counties: Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau, Baker, Bradford, Putnam, and Flagler. Jacksonville and Orange Park are typically same-day or next-morning; outlying markets are scheduled, and you will be told which applies to your address.
Are you actually the person who shows up?
Yes. This is a one-person shop by design. The person who answers the phone, diagnoses the system, and stands behind the repair is the same person. That is the whole reason the quality is consistent.
How does pricing work?
The residential diagnostic is $129, and it is waived if you approve a recommended repair over $250. Commercial is $149, waived over $300. After the diagnosis you get a flat-rate repair price in writing, and nothing gets replaced until you approve it. There is no hourly meter running while you decide.
Do you handle emergencies and after-hours calls?
After-hours calls go to the owner, not an answering service. Whether it can be handled tonight or first thing in the morning depends on where you are and what failed — and you will get that answer straight rather than a maybe.
Do you work on commercial equipment?
Light commercial HVAC and commercial refrigeration — restaurants, convenience stores, small groceries, and offices. Heavy commercial chiller and chilled water work is a planned expansion.
Will you try to sell me a new system?
Only if the honest answer is that you need one, and you will get the numbers behind that answer. If a repair buys you several more seasons, that is what gets recommended — that is the entire reputation this business runs on.
