Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What we have built in
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
- Visible, high-contrast focus outlines on every interactive element — never removed
- Semantic headings in order, so screen reader users can navigate by structure
- Text and interface colors checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios on both the light and navy backgrounds
- Tap targets sized for real fingers, with the primary phone call action reachable without scrolling on mobile
- FAQ accordions built on native HTML
<details>elements, so they work with keyboard and assistive technology without custom scripting - Forms with real labels, required-field indication, and error messages that are readable as text rather than color alone
- Reduced-motion support — animations are disabled if your device requests it
- Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed to 200%
Known limitations
This is an actively maintained site and we do not claim it is perfect. If you find a page, control, or document that does not work with your assistive technology, we want to hear about it — that is the fastest way it gets fixed.
Reporting a barrier
Contact us using the details below and describe the page and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days. If the barrier prevents you from booking service, call us and we will take the booking over the phone — you should never have to fight a website to get your air conditioning fixed.
Third-party content
Some content, such as embedded review platforms, financing applications, or payment processors, is operated by other companies. We choose partners with accessibility in mind but do not control their code. If one of them creates a barrier, tell us and we will help you complete the task another way.
