Before you call
A few things worth knowing first
What is the fastest way to get help?
Calling. A two-minute conversation usually identifies the likely failure and gets a real appointment window on the calendar. The form is there for people who would rather not call, or who are messaging outside working hours.
What should I have ready when I call?
The address, roughly how old the system is if you know, what it is doing (or not doing), and when it started. That is enough to get a useful answer.
Should I turn the system off while I wait?
If it is frozen up, iced over, or leaking water — yes, shut it off at the thermostat and let it thaw. Running a frozen system can turn a small repair into a compressor replacement. If it is just not cooling well, leaving it running is fine.
Do you charge for a replacement quote?
No. A replacement evaluation and written quote is free. The diagnostic fee applies to repair calls, where the work is identifying an existing failure.
