Baker County · US 90
Glen St. Mary is small, but its homes cover a wide range. We service central air, heat pumps and ductwork here on scheduled visits.
Quick facts
Local conditions
Glen St. Mary is a town of fewer than 500 people on US 90, separated from Macclenny by the floodplain of the South Prong of the St. Marys River. It grew up around the Glen St. Mary Nursery, in business since the late 1800s, and Baker County High School is here too.
Drive through town and you will pass Victorian-era houses, older wood-frame homes, newer construction and mobile homes. That range matters because each type hides its ductwork somewhere different: an attic, a crawlspace, or the belly under a manufactured home.
Manufactured homes deserve a closer look. Florida Solar Energy Center research found leaky ducts under the floor pulling humid air into the house, and mastic-sealed ducts held up far better than taped ones; if your floors feel damp or the house stays sticky, the duct system belongs on the checklist.
Booking
We schedule Glen St. Mary calls ahead and do not quote arrival times. Every visit ends with the readings explained and a written quote before work.
If you live in a manufactured home, a few observations before the visit point us in the right direction:

Straight answers
Yes. We check the outdoor unit and the duct system under the floor, including connections and the crossover duct on multi-section homes.
Not at all. Glen St. Mary appointments are booked the same way as any other, on a day agreed in advance.
Common causes are leaky ducts drawing in humid air, an oversized system that shuts off too soon, or a fan left on. A humidity reading and a duct check narrow it down.
