Baker County · Osceola National Forest
Sanderson sits well west of Jacksonville in Baker County. Trips out here are planned ahead, so the visit counts: full readings, a clear answer and a written quote.
Quick facts
Local conditions
Sanderson is an unincorporated community on US 90 where County Roads 229 and 127 meet the highway, with an I-10 interchange at CR 229 just south. The Osceola National Forest headquarters has a Sanderson address on US 90.
Living beside a national forest is a good reason to be here and a reason to watch the outdoor unit. Leaves, pine straw and pollen settle into coil fins and choke airflow, and a clogged coil runs high pressures and high amp draw well before it stops cooling.
A breakdown in July is a bigger hassle out here than in town, so spring maintenance earns its keep. We check capacitor readings, drain lines and coil condition, and weak parts get replaced on your schedule instead of during a heat wave.
Booking
Call (904) 467-1100 or book online and we will set a day that works for both of us. On site, we take the time to walk you through what we measured before any decision gets made.
Winter counts too. If your heat comes from heat strips or a furnace, a fall check of the strips, limit switches or burners keeps the first cold night from turning into a service call.

Yes. Sanderson is a longer trip west, so we plan it on the calendar with you.
Check it each spring and after heavy leaf fall. If you can see debris packed in the fins, it is time for a cleaning.
We clean and inspect the coils, clear the drain line, test capacitors and electrical parts, and check refrigerant readings, then tell you what we found.
