Bradford County
Hampton is one of the smallest towns we serve. Visits are scheduled, and the work is the same as anywhere else: measure, explain, quote in writing.
Quick facts
Local conditions
Hampton began in 1859 as a railroad settlement called Crossroads and took its current name when its post office opened in 1882. The city’s own site calls it a sleepy little hamlet, and it sits about six miles south of Starke.
In a Florida attic in July, ductwork sits in some of the hottest air on the property. A loose joint or a crushed flex run up there dumps cooled air into the attic and draws hot air back in, which shows up as long run times and rooms that never feel right.
If you own a rental in Hampton or elsewhere in Bradford County, we handle turnovers and fill out property-management inspection forms. Owners get the readings, the findings and a written quote before any work is done.
Booking
Call (904) 467-1100 or use online booking, and we will set a time. You pay $129 for the diagnosis, or nothing for it if you go ahead with a recommended repair costing more than $250.
If the system quits entirely, check the breaker and the outdoor disconnect first, and note whether the indoor fan still runs; that one detail narrows the problem quickly.
Signs the attic ducts need attention:
Sealing joints with mastic, replacing crushed flex and adding proper support usually costs less than new equipment, and it helps whatever system you install later. We show you the static pressure numbers before and after, so you can see what changed.
