Nassau County · I-95 & SR 200
Yulee grew by more than 2,500 residents between 2010 and 2020, and new neighborhoods keep opening. We service the new systems and the older ones, on a scheduled visit from the licensed owner.
Quick facts
Local conditions
Yulee is a census-designated place rather than a city, and it grew from about 11,500 residents in 2010 to about 14,200 in 2020. Much of the newer growth is around Wildlight, the Rayonier-backed master-planned community on SR 200/A1A east of I-95, which broke ground in 2016 and is planned for many more homes over time. It includes a 55-plus Del Webb neighborhood, and seniors get 10 percent off residential work with us.
A new house comes with a new system, but new does not mean dialed in. On recently built homes, trouble is more often about setup than worn-out parts: a condensate line without a proper trap, a return grille too small for the blower, or a thermostat still on factory settings.
Homes that predate the boom are a different job. When an older house gets a new outdoor unit, the original ductwork usually stays, and a mismatch between the two shows up as noise, weak airflow and high bills. A static pressure reading tells us quickly whether the ducts are holding the system back.
Booking
Yulee is north of the city, so visits are set up on the calendar when you call or book online. You get a measured diagnosis, including refrigerant pressures, superheat and subcooling, and amp draw, and a written quote before any work starts. If something looks off, we show you on the gauges or in the attic, not just on the invoice.
A diagnostic visit at a home costs $129, and that fee disappears if you approve a recommended repair over $250. If you own rentals in the area, we also handle turnovers and property-management inspection forms.
On a home that is only a year or two old, these are the setup items worth confirming:

A first-year check is worth doing. It catches setup issues like an untrapped drain line, a dirty filter or low airflow while they are still easy fixes.

Yes. A pre-purchase check covers the equipment, refrigerant readings and ductwork, and you receive the findings in writing before closing.
It is usually airflow: duct sizing, return placement or a single thermostat trying to manage two floors. Zoning or duct changes can fix it once the cause is measured.
