Crescent City sits between two lakes and has a downtown full of older buildings. We service homes and businesses here on scheduled visits.
Quick facts
Local conditions
Crescent City lies between Crescent Lake to the east and Lake Stella to the west. It was platted in 1876 and incorporated in the 1880s, and its downtown historic district, listed in 1996, includes more than 200 buildings from the late 1800s and early 1900s.
Lake-town houses of that era were built for breezes, with tall windows meant to stay open through summer. Adding central air later usually put the air handler in a closet or attic that was never meant to hold one, so drain lines, return paths and duct support are the first things we inspect.
Family farms and fern-growing operations still work the land around town. If you run a restaurant, shop or market in Crescent City, we also service the walk-in coolers, reach-ins and ice machines that keep it open.
Booking
Crescent City is one of the longer trips in our service area, so we book visits ahead and do not quote arrival times. Residential diagnostics are $129 and commercial diagnostics are $149, each waived when you approve a qualifying repair.
One safety point for older homes: an air handler in an attic above plaster ceilings should have a secondary drain pan and a float switch. A clogged drain line with neither can ruin a ceiling before anyone notices.

Yes. It is one of the farther towns we cover, so appointments are scheduled ahead, Monday through Saturday.
Yes. Walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables and ice machines are all part of our commercial refrigeration work, and the $149 commercial diagnostic is waived on repairs over $300.
Common causes are algae in the line, a missing trap or a drain run with too little slope. We clear it and check how it was installed.
